Missa Eaton of Sharon is the only candidate on the Democratic primary ballot for the new 3rd Congressional District (covering southern Clarion County). Her most recent Clarion visit included daughter Haley, Jane Shautz of Leepter, and Bill Miller of Clarion.

The current 5th Congressional District will be redistricted, with the northern part of Clarion County remaining in 5 and the southern part will be in 3.
